With a career spanning over two decades, Aman Shaikh has demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational expertise. He joins the corporate office at 7 Apple Hotels after a successful tenure as General Manager at the same organization, where he played a pivotal role in managing multiple departments, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Sales. His ability to integrate and train teams, along with his strategic approach to sales and guest services, has been instrumental in achieving remarkable results.
In his new role, Aman will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all operational facets, developing and implementing standardized operating procedures, and overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control.
