Marriott International has announced the opening of the – Fairfield by Marriott, Visakhapatnam. As the Financial Hub of India’s Andhra Pradesh state, situated next to the Bay of Bengal, Visakhapatnam is known for its scenic beaches, historic maritime culture and Buddhist relics.
Fairfield by Marriott, Visakhapatnam is the latest addition to the brand’s footprint in South Asia, with four hotels in India currently open, including Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Rajajinagar, Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow and Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi.

Fairfield by Marriott Visakhapatnam offers 121 rooms designed with modern comforts in mind. Kava, the all-day dining restaurant, serves authentic local Indian favourites and international cuisine. The Bar and Lobby Lounge provides a lively atmosphere for guests to enjoy freshly brewed coffees, as well as a variety of evening cocktails. The hotel also features The Market, a unique 24/7 convenience store within the hotel, where guests can purchase snacks and beverages at any time of the day.
