In order to tap the holiday market in Mumbai, Bonton Holidays recently opened its new corporate office in Mumbai. The office was inaugurated by Prakash Mehta, Guardian Minister of Raigad District and Minister for Housing, Labour & Mining, Government of Maharashtra.
The launch ceremony was attended by key members of the hospitality fraternity from Mumbai including travel agents, hoteliers and representatives of various tourism boards and airlines. This new 10,000 sq ft corporate ofce is centrally located on Mahakali Caves in Andheri East, making it easily approachable for our travel partners, clients and all other stakeholders.
Speaking on the occasion, Avanish Sharma, MD, Bonton Holidays, added, “These are exciting times for Bonton Holidays and the hospitality industry in general. Outbound travel is growing by leaps and we see potential for similar growth in domestic and inbound travel. We strive to stay true to the Company’s vision everyday – that of being amongst the most innovative and progressive hospitality management companies in terms of product development, packages offered, customer service and technology. This new ofce will act as a great facilitator for the same as it acts as the focal point of operations, especially in the Western region to strengthen our reach & tie-ups.”
The new office will also house localised support for the Bonton Group’s DMCs in Dubai, Mauritius as well as upcoming ones in Europe, Australia and North America.
Apart from international DMCs, the Group and Bonton Holidays is laying a lot of emphasis on domestic and inbound travel. Becoming the largest hotel consolidator in India is amongst the company’s top priorities in the near future.
Having physical reach across the length and breadth of the country helps a lot but this aim of ours will near fruition only with the adoption & ingraining of technology. Bonton Holidays has invested in the same in a big way. The Enteprise Resource Planning software used internally was developed by ourselves. And so will our Customer Relationship Management utility.
