British Airways has announce Mumbai to be its latest route to benefit from the brand new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, complete with uber-luxurious new First cabins from September 2016. British Airways’ maiden Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner flight took to the skies on October 25, 2015 marking the global launch to India on its New Delhi route.

Our latest state-of-the-art aircraft with the brand new First will provide our customers a taste of luxury like never before, giving them the very best in comfort and overall travel experience.”
The 787s are the most technologically advanced aircraft in British Airways’ fleet. This aircraft is 20 feet longer and four inches taller than its predecessor, the 787-8, with 30 per cent larger windows and 60 per cent less engine noise both inside and outside the cabin. The aircraft offers four-class configuration i.e. World Traveller (economy), World Traveller Plus (premium economy), Club World (business class) and a new First cabin – a first for the airline’s 787 fleet.
British Airways currently flies Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner to Delhi, Abu Dhabi and Muscat. It is scheduled to start its service to Mumbai, Austin, Kuala Lumpur and San Jose California routes.
