Cotai Strip Resorts Macao acknowledged the significant contributions of its valued trade partners and key team members at its Sales Excellence Awards 2013 dinner event Thursday at Conrad Macao, Cotai Central. More than 200 special guests attended the glittering award presentation ceremony, representing over 100 organisations from nine countries. A total of 16 awards in marketing and sales categories were presented to partners in recognition of their efforts in 2013, including three highlighted Trade Partner of the Year awards honouring eLong, China Travel Service Gongbei Port Guangdong Co. and China International Travel Service, Head Office.
The annual trade appreciation dinner recognised the exceptional efforts of trade partners from the leisure, MICE and online industries who have worked successfully throughout the year with The Venetian® Macao; Conrad Macao, Cotai Central; and Holiday Inn Macao Cotai Central to achieve a banner year of sales performance in 2013.
Apart from trade awards recognising the achievements of external partners, two sales persons of the year were rewarded as motivation of the company’s high-flyers within the sales organisation to celebrate their success.

Among the new award categories in 2013 is the Most Outstanding Advertising Campaign, presented to Comfort Travel Service Co. for its outstanding work in promoting the DreamWorks Experience at Cotai Strip Resorts through various media channels. Since launching in July 2013, the interactive and family-friendly DreamWorks Experience has been very popular with guests and visitors, with trade partners having played a vital role in its success via their promotional efforts in various markets.
