The HRH Hotels chain shone bright at the recent National Tourism Awards 2012 – 2013 held by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The group bagged accolades under the category of Best Heritage Grand Hotels. This is the sixth time that the chain has bagged the award for Shiv Niwas Palalce and Fateh Prakash Palace and the second time for Gajner Palace.
The awards were presented by Minister of State for Human Resource Development, Shri Shashi Tharoor. The awards are based on the annual revenue earned, number of foreign guests’ stays, the awards won by the hotel, contribution towards Hunar Se Rozgar Programme and promotion of art and craft.
