InterGlobe Hotels (IGH) announced the commencement of construction of its hotel – Ibis Vikhroli located along Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg in northern Mumbai. The property will have 249 guestrooms and is anticipated to be a landmark destination in the city. This will be the company’s eight hotel project in Maharashtra (5th in the Mumbai area); IGH currently has 16 operational hotels spread across India comprising approximately 2,900 rooms.

InterGlobe Hotels is a joint venture between InterGlobe Enterprises and Accor Asia Pacific established in 2004 to develop a network of ‘ibis’ hotels throughout India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
