Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) announced the signing of a Taj hotel in Ranchi, Jharkhand. This greenfield project, marking IHCL’s foray into Ranchi, is set to be developed on a six-acre land parcel leased from the State Government of Jharkhand.
The hotel’s prime location in Dhurwa, offers excellent connectivity and visibility. The 200-keyTaj,Ranchi will offer guests a range of modern amenities, including extensive banqueting areas, a diverse selection of food and beverage options, and a well-equipped wellness center.
Ranchi is witnessing significant infrastructural developments aimed at transforming it into a smart city. The hotel’s location within the Core Capital Area will place it in the central business district, in proximity to the Vidhan Sabha, government offices and corporate headquarters.
