These will be greenfield projects: one will be branded as Vivanta and the other as Ginger Hotel
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has today announced the signing of a Vivanta and a Ginger in Hosur. These greenfield projects will be developed on a 3-acre land parcel.
The 150-key Vivanta will offer a variety of dining options including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a bar. The hotel will offer a state-of-the-art gym, a swimming pool, and versatile banquet spaces to accommodate business events and gatherings.
The 200-key Ginger will feature an all-day dining cum bar, a gym, and meeting facilities, catering to the needs of today’s modern travelers.
