Digital marketing company, Internet Moguls, is all set to launch hospitality training programme to educate the hospitality industry about the advantage of the latest mode of marketing. “We are going to launch our ‘Digital Hospitality’ Training Programme in March 2013. The programme will be rolled out in four cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kolkata,” Avijit Arya, Founder & CEO, Internet Moguls, said. According to him, the programme is going to equip hospitality professionals with the latest tool that helps in increasing the revenue generation of hotels. The training module will also train professionals in digital marketing. He claimed that some of his hotel clients have witnessed 20-30 per cent increase in revenue by adopting the digital marketing mode.
“We gather guests’ feedback from hotels and respond to them on behalf of the hotel. This helps hotels in improving their service and delivery standards,” he added.
Internet Moguls is also planning to expand their footprint in the overseas market. “We are very fast moving in UAE, Singapore and Thailand. We want to have a global presence in the next three years,” he revealed.
The client list of Internet Moguls comprises of hotels, tour companies and airlines. “Currently, 50 per cent of our clients are hoteliers, 30 per cent tour operators and 20 per cent airlines. We are also in talk with state tourism boards of Odisha and Rajasthan,” he said. The company is already helping Chhattisgarh to create awareness about their tourism products in the global travel market.
