Lavasa is setting up a new Tourist Information Centre, located alongside the Lavasa promenade at Portofino Street. Lavasa believes that the centre will be integral in creating a positive travel experience for visitors through the provision of friendly and professional customer service and useful travel information. In addition to offering guidance to tourists on attractions at Lavasa, the centre will also facilitate stay and travel arrangements. For people travelling on business, the centre will facilitate conference hall bookings. The centre also houses a gift shop, showcasing local handicraft, a huge array of arts, crafts and souvenirs for sale.
