Leisure Hotels Group (LHG) has appointed Arun Paliwal and Kumud Joshi as their Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Head – Learning & Development (L&D) respectively to further strengthen and nurture key talent across its verticals.
Arun has a rich experience of over 15 years in the industry. Prior to joining Leisure Hotels Group, he has been associated with many leading hospitality brands such as Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Lemon Tree Hotels, and Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG). Most recently, Arun was leading the HR functions at Six Senses Vana, Dehradun as their Director of Human Resources.
Kumud will take over the Learning & Development team with having worked with hospitality brands such as Hyatt Regency (New Delhi), The Leela Hotels & Resorts (Goa), Marriott International (Pune), Academy of Culinary Arts (Kathmandu) and Frankfinn (Pune). With a diverse career spanning over 15 years in the industry, in his new role at Leisure Hotels Group, he will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that track and assess the learning curve of all employees and bridge any gaps with custom training programs.
