Madhya Pradesh Tourism has kickstarted the 2-day skydiving festival in Bhopal. This event will be organized in Ujjain too from March 3-6, 2022.
The event in Bhopal was inaugurated by the state’s Home Minister Narottam Mishra. MP Tourism Minister Usha Thakur along with AMD Smt. Shilpa Gupta and Adventure Tourism Board Deputy Director Umakan Chaudhary were present on the launch.
In collaboration with Pioneer Flying Academy, an Aligarh based flight school, which also backs Skyhigh India, an enterprise that’s associated with the United States Parachute Association (USPA), adventure seekers flew from Raja Bhoj International airport and landed on Rajiv Gandhi Campus.
Sheo Shekhar Shukla, Principal Secretary of Tourism and Culture, Department, Madhya Pradesh said, ‘It’s golden opportunity for all adventure lovers to participate in Skydiving event. As the event is first of its kind in state and is provided to adventurers at low prices and high standards. They can experience the thrill of flying like birds in the sky and explore the beautiful city of Bhopal from a height of 10,000 feet.’
