MTDC showcases its ‘Chitrarath’ on Republic Day

Maharashtra has something to offer for every traveller domestic or international, with Chitrarath MTDC promoted the various activities that tourists can engage in along the coastal belt of Maharashtra.
The Chitrarath depicted the various activities such as snorkeling, parasailing, house boats, forts, etc. that one can experience along the vast coast of Maharashtra. The Chitrarath was an invitation to people to experience the different types of dynamic water sports activities available along the stretch of 720 kilometers of the coastline. 
Jagdish Patil, Managing Director, MTDC, said, “Coastal towns in Maharashtra such as  Srivardhan, Harihareshwar, Murud-Janjira, Ganpatipule, Velas, Tarkarli offer amazing experiences to one and all. Kids enjoy in the white sands of the beach, while the adults soak in the waves of the clear blue sea. One can indulge in traditional Malvani cuisine, our  Travellers can experience a boat ride in the pristine sea as well as indulge in different types of adventure sports such as snorkeling, parasailing, etc. at Tarkarli. Tourists can also go river rafting in the clear waters of the Kundalika River in Konkan. Visitors can also take in the breathtaking views of the Sahyadri mountain range.
