For the second year in a row, Philadelphia International Airport ranks among the world’s top ten most on-time airports according to aviation analytics company Cirium’s recently released 2023 On-Time Performance Review report of airlines and airports.

Securing the 8th position globally and 5th in the United States for on-time performance, PHL has shown its dedication towards operational efficiency. The report brings positive news for all travelers departing from Philadelphia International Airport, highlighting exciting benchmarks in airline punctuality and performance.

According to Cirium, airline on-time performance is defined as the arrival of an aircraft at its gate within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival time. Airport on-time performance is evaluated based on on-time departing flights.
