Philippines Tourism Board concluded its four-city India road show amidst massive buyer response and enthusiastic participation from Indian agents and operators that the event attracted across the country. The road shows showcased The Philippines as a year-round destination catering to every traveller’s interest, whether adventure-seeking, nature-loving, history enthusiasts, or those seeking idyllic getaways, and also highlighted upon The Philippines’ latest new products addition and other tourism updates.
The four-city road show travelled starting from Delhi to Kolkata, Chennai and concluding at Mumbai between August 7 and 11 attracting key travel buyers and decision makers in large number. The event was attended by some 50-60 leading agents in each of these cities. The road shows offered Indian travel professionals opportunity to engage with some of the leading tourism suppliers from the country, including hotels, tour operators and airlines.

The roadshow saw the participation of 14 prominent entities from the private sector of the Philippines. Among them were important players such as Ark Travel Express, bai Hotel Cebu, Department of Tourism Central Visayas, Dusit Hotels & Resorts, Gi Philippines, Lalaguna Villas Luxury Dive Resort and Spa, Okada Manila, Philippine Airlines, Plantation Bay Resort and Spa, Scoot, Shangrila, Shroff International Travel Care, The Farm at San Benito, and Uni Orient Travel.
