Preferred Hotels & Resorts has introduced six new properties scheduled to enter the market before the end of the year. The new properties are: Shilla Stay Seodaemun – Seoul, South Korea (May 2015); Art Hotel – Denver, Colorado, USA (June 2015); The Temple House – Chengdu, China (July 2015); Palazzo Versace Dubai – Dubai, UAE (Fall 2015); The Watergate Hotel – Washington, D.C., USA (Fall 2015); and The South Beach – Singapore (Fall2015).
