The 12th Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF) spreads arms for thousands of visitors to the newly-opened Lusail Al Sa’ad Plaza – the street synonymous with the FIFA World Cup 2022™ final celebrations, from 11 March until 21 March 2023. QIFF is Qatar’s largest and longest-running food and drink festival.
Chief Operating Officer of Qatar Tourism, Berthold Trenkel, said: “Qatar International Food Festival is a celebration of our country’s unique and diverse melting pot of cultures, which for more than a decade has shone an essential spotlight on the thriving culinary scene here in Qatar. With so many recent outstanding restaurant openings, Qatar’s gastronomic landscape is incredibly exciting, and we are delighted to showcase all that’s on offer to visitors from around this world.”
From fireworks and family-friendly entertainment to chef masterclasses at the Qatar Airways cooking theatre, the festival offers something for all ages to enjoy. This year’s QIFF highlights include Family-fun entertainment, Chef masterclasses and workshops, Immersive dining experiences, Cultural delicacies, and Vegan and green desert zone.
