The Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas has announced nine new development concepts set to open over the next 36 months, with two in India. Known as the tallest residential building in the world, built on one of the most expensive pieces of land, Six Senses World One is located in Mumbai. Six Senses will manage the entire club house designed for residents and select external guests. The club is spread over three floors; a podium area provides for a true green oasis in the middle of the Indian metropolis. The Evason Pune Belmondo project will see Six Senses manage the entire club house built over three levels and includes two restaurants, meeting room, banquet hall, kids’ area spread over two levels, games rooms and library.
Growth also includes the addition of four incredible Six Senses Spas and the brand’s broadening expansion into the lifestyle of wellness. The other new properties slated are The 113-suite and-villa resort Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain (2014); the 32-suite Six Senses Mont Blanc (2015); 82 guest suites’ Six Senses Bhutan (2016); 50 suites and villas’ Six Senses Wuma (2016); 129 villa Six Senses Ninghai in China; 73 pool villas and pool suites’ Six Senses Freedom Bay (2016); 120-suite Six Senses Uluwatu; 100-room and suite Six Senses Cartagena (2016); 67 suites and pool villas plus 31 residences’ Six Senses Gammarth; Six Senses Spa at Esentai Tower in Almaty, Kazakhstan; and Six Senses Spa at Al Bustan Palace.
