Having recently successfully launched its first property in Jaipur, Sydney-based StayWell Hospitality Group (StayWell) today announced two more properties in the National Capital Region (NCR) of India.
The Group has announced a 60 room hotel, Leisure Inn West Gurgaon, in West Gurgaon that will be operational in January 2014. Located close to Udyog Vihar SEZ and the Cyber City corporate hub, the hotel will cater to both the corporate and leisure traveller.
Moreover, the Group has also announced a 120 room serviced apartment property Leisure Inn VSR Apartments Sector 114, Gurgaon which is slated to open in mid 2015. Located near the New Delhi International Airport, Leisure Inn VSR Apartments will cater primarily to corporate travellers both for short and long term stays.
“StayWell has increased its growth momentum in India and we have several more property opportunities in the pipeline. Today’s announcement brings the total number of signed Indian properties to eight,” Simon Wan, Group CEO and Managing Director said.
