In a constant endeavour to provide unique and memorable experiences that are treasured for life, The Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai and Taj Safaris hosted the Mumbai edition of Adventure Stories. This first of its kind venture about the adventure and experience across India believes in the power of change through personal stories of explorers, adventurers, and people who take on a different lifestyle. Over various editions, it has become an event that is inspirational and one of its kind in India.
Presented by well known sportscaster Charu Sharma, the Mumbai edition featured Ratna Singh, the first professionally qualified lady naturalist; Vijay Crishna, Actor, who explored Antarctica with Robert Swan and trekked in the Himalayan and Tibet; Mandip Singh Soin, Himalayan & Alpine Climber, Arctic Explorer, National Adventure awardee and Founder, IBEX Expeditions as the speakers.
Speaking on the occasion, Soin said, “’The Planet is my Home’, is a third century Vedic saying. At Adventure Stories, we can expand this idea to imply that the entire Universe is our home.
