Following the success of Hotelex Shanghai, UBM India has announced the first edition here – Hotelex Yatra 2013. The event is a two-day panel discussion where the whole industry is being offered a platform to have an open forum discussion about the new innovations and trends in the industry. The forum will be aimed at interactive exchange and sharing of knowledge pertaining to the Hospitality and Food & Beverage sector.
The delegation will visit seven cities across India in the months of October and November this year. Hotelex Yatra will focus on the global trends followed in the hotel industry, sustainability, innovative ways to control cost and maximise RoI, staff development programmes, motivation and incentive management programmes to retain top performers, innovative ways to reduce attrition and a lot more.
The show has been specifically designed for Owners, Executive Directors, General Managers, Executive Chefs, and functional heads of F&B, Catering, Operations, Facilities Management and Housekeeping to help them understand and implement the latest innovative trends and techniques specifically for the hospitality industry whilst continuing to maintain healthy profit margins.
Hotelex Yatra will take place in Hotel Gateway, Ernakulam, Cochin (13 – 14 September); The Lalit, Canacona, Goa (11 – 12 October); St. Laurns,Ashram Road, Ahmedabad (18 – 19 October); Radisson Blu,Ring Road, Indore (25 – 26 October); Hotel Ramada,Raja Park, Jaipur (8 – 9 November); Taj Chandigarh (15 – 16 November) and Le Meridien, New Delhi (29 – 30 November).
The conference will consist of leading industry keynotes from top hotel and restaurant owners and experts, interactive and exciting panel discussions, live demonstrations as well as carefully selected featured sessions from innovative equipment and solution providers matched specifically to ensure they help address top challenges.
