GoAir has again delivered the best On-Time Performance (OTP) and second highest Passenger Load Factor, for the month of October 2018, as per DGCA statistics. Similar performance was reported last month during September. This is the result of GoAir’s continued focus on enhancing customer experience.
With the total score of 90.5 per cent flights on time, GoAir is at top of the list on the parameter of on-time performance (OTP) for October 2018. OTP of scheduled domestic airlines is computed by the DGCA for four metro airports viz. Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai. The airline has enhanced its OTP as compared with 90.4 per cent in September 2018.
