jüSTa Hotels & Resorts Sets Footprint in Maharashtra, To Open First Resort in September

jüSTa Hotels & Resorts is all set to make its foray in Maharashtra, and open its first property in Kolad in September 2023.

Spread across a 6-acre area, the jüSTa Rudra Resort & Spa in Kolad is set amidst undulating greens and small hillocks of the Western Ghats. The Resort is aimed to cater individuals and families as well as to MICE, intimate destination weddings, and social anniversary celebrations. The resort features 39 Standard Rooms, 5 Deluxe Rooms, 10 Club Rooms, 4 Cottage Rooms and 2 Dormitories.

We chose this resort in Kolad as our first property in the State because it is a very good property with a good owner, the location is right in between Pune and Mumbai and it is a commercially viable venture. Moreover, we are already at an advanced stage of discussion for opening another resort in Maharashtra.”
