Cox & Kings, one of the world’s oldest and most respected travel brands, embarks on a new chapter under Wilson & Hughes PTE, a Singapore-based private equity and venture capital firm.

Acquired through its Indian subsidiary, the company has exclusively acquired the brand Cox & Kings along with over 200 plus specialised sub-brands that were part of its historic portfolio, including Duniya Dekho – “See the World with Us”, Bharat Dekho – “Discover the Wonders of India”, Luxury Escapades – “Unparalleled Luxury, Unforgettable Journeys”, Bhakti Yatra – “A Spiritual Journey Awaits”, Holiday 365 – “Your Perfect Getaway, Every Day of the Year”, Tour to Feast – “A Culinary Adventure Across Cultures” among others. This acquisition, free of any prior liabilities, marks the beginning of a customer-centric transformation in the travel industry.

Wilson & Hughes, known for backing visionary entrepreneurs, is bringing a renewed focus to Cox & Kings, planning to reshape the way people live, travel, and experience the world. With over 260 years of history, Cox & Kings has long been synonymous with luxury, reliability, and curated travel experiences.
