The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has launched the Hindi language version of the ‘Experience Abu Dhabi Experts’ e-learning platform, crafted to amplify the capabilities of partners in the travel ecosystem, including travel agents and tour operators.
Tailored to the dynamic needs of India’s tourism industry, the ‘Experience Abu Dhabi Experts’ platform offers specialised content across nine modules covering various facets of Abu Dhabi’s tourism sector. These modules provide in-depth knowledge about the emirate’s rich culture and heritage, iconic landmarks and attractions and diverse accommodation options.
Abdulla Yousuf, International Operations Director at DCT Abu Dhabi, said, “We are committed to empowering our global travel partners by equipping them with the essential tools and sector-specific knowledge needed to market the diverse offerings which make Abu Dhabi a premier destination. Through this collaboration, we are not only strengthening our partners’ ability to succeed but also contributing to Abu Dhabi’s continued growth as a preferred destination for travellers seeking unique and enriching experiences.”
Upon the successful completion of the training, participants will be certified as ‘Experience Abu Dhabi Experts’, elevating their credibility within the travel market and empowering them to design customised travel itineraries.
The platform is currently available in 13 languages: English, Arabic, German, French, Mandarin, Urdu, Russian, Hebrew, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Korean and now Hindi, ensuring accessibility for global partners.
The launch of the Hindi version of the ‘Experience Abu Dhabi Experts’ platform aligns with DCT Abu Dhabi’s broader strategy to enhance global partnerships and drive sustained growth in the tourism sector, contributing to the 2030 Tourism Strategy, which aims to increase visitor numbers from nearly 24 million in 2023 to 39.3 million annually by 2030.
