Viacation Tourism Private Limited expands its presence across India and the world, with a focus on geographic expansion and technological innovation.
In 2024, Viacation expanded its reach by opening three new retail stores in Bangalore, Ghatkopar, and Jaipur, helping the company connect with a broader customer base. Additionally, the company enhanced its customer service capabilities by expanding its call center operations with a new facility in Gurgaon.
Looking ahead to 2025, Viacation is on track to expand across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, using both company-owned stores and franchise models to strengthen its national footprint. As part of its expansion strategy, Viacation intends to broaden its fully independent travel offerings, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). It will also introduce group inclusive tours into Europe by the summer of 2025. Additionally, it intends to look at the travel markets in Australia and New Zealand in due course of the year.
The company will also launch a transactional website by the second half of 2025, making booking easier for clients. Viacation anticipates significant double digit growth in the upcoming year, driven by expanded offerings and improved services.
“We are thrilled by the remarkable growth Viacation achieved in 2024, and we’re ready to build on that momentum in 2025,” said Jatinder Paul Singh, CEO and Co founder, Viacation. “This year, our focus is on expanding into new markets, introducing innovative travel services, and leveraging technology like AI to provide highly personalized experiences.
