Abercrombie & Kent India has shut down a part of its operations in its outbound business. With 50 offices globally, the company organises tailor-made luxury travel.
Speaking exclusively to T3 during a telecon, Vikram Madhok, Managing Director – Abercrombie & Kent India said, “We have not shut down the entire outbound business, but a couple of divisions have been discontinued such as the events, weddings, etc. From now onwards we will have a smaller setup for the outbound division.”
When asked about the inbound business consolidation, Madhok explained, “Inbound business is doing extremely well. That is the flagship and a core part of our business.”
