Eden Greenz by Atmosphere & Atmosphere Nagpure will be the company’s strategic expansion Nagpur
Atmosphere Core has entered into a Hotel Management Agreement with N Kumar Group Nagpur to develop a luxury golf resort and a city-centre hotel in Nagpur. Eden Greenz by Atmosphere is scheduled to open in Q1 2025, while Atmosphere Nagpur will open in Q3 2025. This partnership aligns with Atmosphere Core’s goal of reaching 25 properties in India by 2025 and marks the company’s venture into Maharashtra, a key state for tourism and business.
Currently operating as Eden Greenz, this golf resort will be rebranded and enhanced to reemerge as “EDEN GREENZ BY ATMOSPHERE NAGPUR” in Q1 2025. Travellers can look forward to 105 indulgent rooms, including family suites, honeymoon suites, and presidential suites overlooking a stunning 9-hole golf course and lush greenery. The stay will be elevated through an experiential culinary journey at an all-day diner with alfresco service, a speciality restaurant, a bakery and café in the lobby, a themed bar, and a two-level nightclub. Atmosphere Core will also introduce a nature-inspired tranquil spa and wellness centre through its spa brand, ELE|NA. The resort located just 30 minutes from Nagpur International Airport and an hour from the renowned Pench National Park Tiger Reserve. It also serves as an ideal venue for meetings, private celebrations, and weddings, offering 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor event space along with a variety of expansive outdoor settings.
ATMOSPHERE NAGPUR will open in Q3 2025 as a world class, a city-centre business hotel ideally located in the heart of the city’s business and entertainment districts. The hotel will offer 120 elegantly designed rooms and suite offering stunning views of Nagpur. Guests can choose to dine at the all-day restaurant, specialty restaurant, or a quick bite outlet, and enjoy the best of wine and spirits at the themed bar. The resort will also have a terrace lounge bar by the swimming pool. While a 6,000 sq. ft. indoor event space and additional outdoor venues set the stage for hosting meetings, private celebrations, and weddings. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from Nagpur International Airport.
