The Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI) unleashes the roar of its 15th Annual Convention in Ekta Nagar, set against the majestic backdrop of the Statue of Unity, Ekta Nagar. The adventure tourism convention preaches the word of sustainability, as the convention sets a benchmark to be a carbon-negative and single-use plastic free event.
The inaugural session of the convention commenced with ATOAI President Ajeet Bajaj extending a warm welcome to an esteemed audience that included board members, chapter chairpersons, delegates, exhibitors, tour operators, and more. The atmosphere was further enriched by the presence of Indian actor and fitness enthusiast Milind Soman, who graced the occasion with inspiring words, particularly emphasizing the spirit of adventure.
This convention promises to unveil crucial aspects, action plans, emerging trends, and the vast potential and opportunities within the realm of adventure tourism in Gujarat. The evening unfolded with a kaleidoscope of vibrant colors as local artists took center stage, delivering captivating cultural dance performances that added spark to the evening.
On the opening day, attendees and delegates had the opportunity to explore the Statue of Unity, engage in thrilling adventure activities such as hot air ballooning, and network with fellow participants. The convention continues to roar till 19th December bringing to light interesting panel discussions, ATOAI awards, exhibitions and more adventures.
