Fortune Park Hotels Ltd., has further expanded its portfolio of hotels with the opening of the brand’s 41st hotel, ‘Fortune Select Grand Ridge’ in Tirupati. Speaking on the occasion, Suresh Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, Fortune Park Hotels, said, “We are extremely happy to announce our 2nd hotel in the holy city of Tirupati which draws millions of tourists and devotees from all over the country and across the world. As part of our expansion plans, Fortune would be opening at least five to six new properties under its various brands in the current Financial Year. On the anvil are two new hotels opening in Manesar and Ghaziabad taking the total number of properties in Delhi NCR to seven.”
Fortune Select Grand Ridge offers 138 beautifully furnished rooms, consisting of 98 Standard Rooms, 35 Fortune Club Rooms and 5 Suites. The rooms have been done up in smart, contemporary décor with an inviting ambience and come equipped with a complete range of modern amenities. Some of the rooms also offer the spectacular view of the Tirumala Hills and the Shilparamam Park. All rooms feature 24 hour room service, satellite LCD TV, hi-speed Wi-Fi internet connectivity, working desk, direct dial STD/ ISD, electronic safe, mini bar, tea/ coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and daily newspaper.
The hotel provides banquet facilities that cater to board meetings for up to 20 guests to large social get-togethers for up to 2000 guests. Other offerings at the hotel include a 24×7 business centre, swimming pool, beauty salon and a Wellness Centre with spa and a well-equipped gymnasium.
