Uttam is a visionary leader and a seasoned entrepreneur with a remarkable track record in both the Hospitality and Real Estate industries. With a blend of strategic acumen and practical hands-on experience and expertise, he has spearheaded the development of several pioneering businesses and projects across India and internationally. His expertise spans strategic planning; corporate development, feasibility analysis, research and data analysis, project conceptualization, development, planning, design, project management, building and construction, hotel pre-opening activities, hotel management, operations, and asset optimization, and legal contract negotiations.
