The 136-key Amritsar hotel will be IHG’s fourth property for the brand in the state
IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a management agreement with SLRV Hotels Pvt Ltd to debut its Crowne Plaza brand in the state of Punjab. Scheduled to open in Q4 2028, Crowne Plaza Amritsar Airportwill add 136 keys to IHG’s growing portfolio in the city and strengthen its presence in the prime tourist and spiritual destination in the country. The new-build hotel will be IHG’s first Crowne Plaza hotel in the city and IHG’s fourth property for the brand in the state.
Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts is one of the world’s largest premium hotel brands, with more than 530 open or in pipeline properties in major urban centres, gateway cities and resort destinations globally.
