Jet Airways, one of India’s premier international airlines, will celebrate Onam in the skies, by offering a specially crafted, delectable Onam menu on board its international flights between Kerala and destinations in the Gulf, today.
Onam, the biggest festival of Kerala, is also its most colourful celebration and begins on the special day called Thiruvonam which falls 10 days before the harvest season commences in Kerala.
As an exceptional in-flight dining experience, part of Jet Airways’ “Guest First” initiative, the Onam feast will allow guests to partake in the festival while onboard. Guests travelling both Premiere and Economy will get to savour the Onam delicacies, which will include a Sadhya menu for the day, a traditional vegetarian meal comprising of Avial / Chamba Rice and Sambar accompanied with Ada Pradhaman as the dessert.

Jet Airways international flights from/to Kochi, Kozhikode, and Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala connecting key destinations such as Abu Dhabi, Dammam, Dubai, Doha, Muscat and Sharjah in the Gulf will now have a refreshed in-flight menu comprising some of Kerala’s most popular dishes.
