Aiming to become Sri Lanka’s first ‘Net Zero’ resort, the newly launched lodge has installed an on-site generated biogas and biomass
Jetwing Jungle Lodge has launched Jetwing Jungle Lodge. Adjacent to Yala National Park, this retreat offers an experience of coastal luxury.
Featuring ten private Jungle Dwellings, each offer a peaceful retreat with large wooden terraces for watching the wildlife around the property.
Recent upgrades at the safari camp include a new rooftop infinity pool with views of the Indian Ocean and jungle canopy. The lodge also offers a range of dining options, including The Thicket restaurant, The Hive rooftop bar, and beach dining on the dunes, featuring a mix of Sri Lankan and international cuisine. Additionally, a team of butlers is available to provide personalized service and arrange exclusive excursions.
The lodge’s commitment to sustainability is highlighted by its strides towards becoming Sri Lanka’s first ‘Net Zero’ resort. A significant 125kW solar photovoltaic system has been installed, aiming to offset the resort’s direct and indirect emissions entirely. Further, the lodge has installed an on-site generated biogas and biomass.
