Manuj Sahney is appointed as Food & Beverage Director at JW Marriot Kolkata. He is responsible for supervising the kitchen management team, food planning, ensuring quality standards, process improvements and staff resourcing amongst others.
In his earlier stints, he has worked with Crowne Plaza New Delhi, Leela Ambience Gurugram and the Oberoi Hotels.
