Coming close on the heels of opening Mirage Lords Inn in Kathmandu, the Lords Hotels & Resorts has forayed further into Nepal by signing another Resort in Sanga, Bhaktapur Nepal. The agreement to this affect was recently signed by Rishi Puri, Vice President, Lords Hotels & Resorts and Kamal Jain, a prominent industrialist of Nepal.
Hilltake Lords Resort, Bhaktapur Nepal the 38 room property aims to cater to both leisure and pilgrimage travelers. Facilities include well furnished rooms, cottages, swimming pool, health club and Spa, two multi-cuisine restaurants, Bar, Banquet Hall and other amenities fitting a resort. The presence of four outdoor Jacuzzi’s further adds to the charm of the property .
The Resort is being given a face lift and will soon be open for tourists and travelers. The group is planning to add inventory to this resort and take its inventory to 50 plus rooms.
According to Rishi Puri, Vice President-Lords Hotels &Resorts, “The signing of this resort is yet another feather in our cap as the 143 feet high Lord Shiva statue is a destination in itself and is a huge tourist attraction. It further helps up in meeting up our long term objective of having hotels/resorts in major pilgrimage destinations. This Resort would be unique and cater to high end travelers and MICE guests with presence of the huge banqueting facility. The Spa with 8 rooms is unique and would add to the comfort of the guests”.
