Mario Habig has been appointed the new CEO Inbound Business of Le Passage to India (LPTI), the market leading Destination Management Company in India, part of the Destination Services business unit within the Hotelbeds Group.
Arjun Sharma, present Managing Director of Le Passage, has been one of the key decision makers of the selection process for this role. He now takes up the role of Chairman, providing strategic guidance to Mario and continuing to support in managing key client relationships, as well as remaining a shareholder in the company.
Mario started his professional career within TUI Group Controlling in 2004. Prior to his latest role as Business Development Director of Destination Services, he headed the Executive Chairman’s office and the Group Strategy & Business Development function at TUI AG.
Mario’s global expertise in strategy implementation will be instrumental for LPTI to maintain its leading position in an increasingly dynamic and challenging business environment.
