Magic Holidays recently outlined the group expansion model. Hitesh Kshatriya, Chief Operating Officer, Panoramic Group, stressed on the fact that the company’s growth is driven by strategic plans and a consistent, focused approach that concentrates on giving customers the best of holidays.
“We are conscious about our customers’ dynamic needs and strive to over-deliver their expectations. One of the main things that we have in mind when it comes to our growth plans is that we are targeting a number of 100 resorts in the next Five years. What makes Magic Holidays unique is that all the resorts under our portfolio are owned & operated by the group and this adds to the element of trust associated with us,” said Kshatriya. Magic Holidays currently owns almost 37 properties in India and abroad and they plan to add one resort a month in India and one abroad every quarter to their existing bouquet of properties.
Kshatriya mentioned that Gujaratis occupy a sizeable chunk on their memberships and spoke at length about the importance of Gujarat as a market. “Gujaratis have always been famous for their business acumen and their food. However these days they’re also gaining popularity for being well-travelled. Gujarati travelers are in demand because of their wanderlust nature and willingness to explore new places. These travelers account for almost 40% of the international traffic and a larger number when it comes to the domestic circuit. The reason is that they have a high disposable income, are travel savvy, love to travel in groups and take precautions to ensure that food or language isn’t a barrier.”
