In an attempt to promote Mauritius as a golf destination in India, Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA) recently organised ‘Mauritius Tourism Invitational Golf Tournaments’ in three metro cities of India, namely: Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi NCR. MTPA organised this tournament in collaboration with IGTA, MGTA and Air Mauritius.
The events in all three cities were well attended by players, corporates, businessmen and senior persons from the travel industry and golf enthusiasts. The tournament had prizes in two handicap categories and one for the Best Gross Player.
