Roseate House New Delhi has been certified with LEED – The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED – INDIA) licensed by USGBC to the Indian Green Building Council to encourage and facilitate the development of more sustainable buildings. The contemporary upscale hotel which caters to the new generation of cosmopolitan guests was evaluated and accorded the ‘GOLD’ rating.

The criteria of selection included parameters like sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality and innovation and design process.
LEED is the most widely used green building rating system in the world and a globally recognized certification and symbol of sustainability achievement. LEED provides a framework to create healthy, highly efficient and cost-saving green buildings.
Among other recognitions, the hotel is also par excellence In-room Air Quality as per National Air Quality Index (AQI) standard at under 50, co-working spaces at Lobby, temperature Controlled Pool and Kheer Lounge.
