Informa Markets in India, India’s leading B2B exhibitions organiser, is all set to bring in the 27th edition of SATTE, South Asian Travel and Tourism Exchange from January 08 to 10, 2020 at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi – NCR. This year SATTE has bagged an excellent response with market leaders increasing their stand size.
For the 27th edition of the show, Indonesia has partnered as the Premium Partner Country. Also, Air India is the Airline partner for SATTE 2020. Thailand, Malaysia and Sri Lanka have been confirmed as partner countries. Partner states for SATTE 2020 are Goa and Madhya Pradesh. SATTE is also in discussion with few more countries and states to become the partner countries and states for SATTE 2020. In terms of Association partners, most of the major associations including IATO, PATA, ADTOI, TAAI, TAFI, ETAA, IAAI, UFTAA, ICPB, and NIMA have confirmed their support.
Also, the 27th edition of SATTE will be much bigger and better with record-breaking number of confirmed buyers, both in terms of domestic and international. SATTE 2020 has confirmed the participation of 500 domestic buyers from 98 cities, and in terms of quality 63 per cent of them being the Business Owners, 22 per cent Directors, and 15 per cent from other departments. These figures reiterate that SATTE continues to be the biggest exhibition in the South Asian region.
This year, the exhibition has witnessed a tremendous response from the industry with participation from over 1,000 exhibitors and representation from over 50 countries and 90 cities from across India. SATTE always provides a comprehensive platform to domestic and international buyers and professionals from across the travel, tourism and hospitality industry along with National and State Tourism Boards (NTOs and STOs) to congregate and conduct business, arrive at solution-driven innovations to counteract economic uncertainties, and promote inbound, outbound and domestic tourism in India. SATTE has grown hand-in-hand with the consistent support of the Ministry of Tourism as well as all State Tourism Ministries and the Indian travel and tourism fraternity in totality.
