Spicejet has reported total income of Rs.2185.74 crores during the period ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs.1901.61 crores during the period ended December 31, 2020. The company reported total income of Rs.3052.75 crores during the period ended March 31, 2020.
The company has posted net loss of Rs.(256.97) crores for the period ended March 31, 2021 as against net loss of Rs.(66.77) crores for the period ended December 31, 2020.It posted net loss of Rs.(816.24) crores for the period ended March 31, 2020.
Spicejet has reported total income of Rs.6119.38 crores during the 12 months period ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs.13205.21 crores during the 12 months period ended March 31, 2020.
The company has posted net loss of Rs. (1029.88) crores for the 12 months period ended March 31, 2021 as against net loss of Rs. (936.56) crores for the 12 months period ended March 31, 2020.
The company has reported EPS of Rs. (17.14) for the 12 months period ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs. (15.61) for the 12 months period ended March 31, 2020.
Meanwhile, the Board of Directors of SpiceJet Limited at its meeting held on June 30, 2021, has, authorised to seek enabling approval of shareholders of the Company (which will be valid for 365 days) for raising fresh capital of upto Rs. 2500 crore through issue of eligible securities to qualified institutional buyers, in accordance with the relevant provisions of applicable law and subject to receipt of applicable regulatory approvals, as may be required.
