The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts appoints Umapathy Amirtham as the General Manager of The Leela Ashtamudi, a Raviz Hotel.
With an experience of 25 years, Umapathy was previously associated with brands like The Hyatt in Goa, Dubai, and Chennai, Umaid Bhavan Palace Jodhpur, Windsor Manor Sheraton Towers Bangalore, and ITC Kakatiya Hyderabad.
His journey began with The Leela Palace Chennai in March 2016 as Room Division Manager and later he was promoted as Hotel Manager at The Leela Palace Jaipur for heading operations in April 2021.
