TIRUN Travel Marketing, India representative for Royal Caribbean Cruises, has announced a string of digital initiatives for the benefit of their travel partners. It has launched a White Label Solution and a host of social media engagement measures that will facilitate the process of selling and booking cruises on the three cruise brands: Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises.
The White Label Solution that is powered by TIRUN Travel Marketing will provide the travel partners access to the TIRUN API (Application Program Interface) which will give them information and an interface on real time rates and available inventory for the three brands, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises. In turn, the end customer will have a very user-friendly interface to work with when they search for information and book online on the travel partner’s site thereby enhancing the loyalty.
The API that will rest on the partner’s site, also comes with a Live Chat integration option to engage with the end customer at the point of sale. The Live Chat option will capture vital information about the users, such as their name and email address that could be later used for sending out communication and add to the potential database besides making the service tangible. Soon the API will also allow additional features such as reviews and comparison between cruises delivering to the highest customer satisfaction standards.

Additionally, TIRUN will soon be rolling out a platform that acts as a ready-reckoner for its travel partner, and gives access to itineraries, real time availability and pricing for their quick reference. This tool will assist them in addressing their guests in a timely and more efficient manner.
For social media, TIRUN will feed its partners with relevant content which can be customised or shared on their respective social pages.
